Market Analysis
I begin the process by doing an extensive analysis of the market. This includes the evaluations of homes similar to yours that have recently sold, are currently for sale and homes that were on the market but did not sell. I will also do an evaluation of the number of days those homes stayed on the market to estimate your home selling timeline.
Home Preparation
Getting your home ready to sell is one very important step. I will give you ideas as to what needs to be done to get your home on the market. When listing your property, I will include information such as average utilities and other valuable information that a buyer may want to know. This packet includes a questionnaire to help me build this guide. We can also use ListRedi LLC to help prepare your home as well.

I will market your property using the local Central Georgia Multiple Listing Service, the Middle Georgia Multiple Listing Service and most importantly my time and experience in the Real Estate industry.
Marketing
The information that I provide will be the most current information. I will provide a custom CMA catered to your property. I am a member of three different multiple listing systems therefore, your home can be seen by a plethora of other agents. I will utilize my social media platforms and pay for marketing using these platforms as well. Your home will be photographed using professional photography which will make your home visually appealing to buyers.

Closing Procedures
I will be a liaison between your lender, the attorney’s office, the home inspector, and the seller’s agent to ensure your closing goes as smoothly as possible. This will help ensure that your lender receives information and documents in a timely manner, which will make your closing day easy.
